"Helpful staff and an easy visit"
I had a bunch of questions, which I feel like is fair when you’re trying to make sure you understand everything, and the staff was really nice about it. They explained things clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The whole visit ended up being easy, that kind of customer service makes a difference. I’d go back.

There was a mix-up with my oil change appointment, i was frustrated at first. My instinct was to call and see if they’d actually make it right, and I’m glad I did. The local shop manager got back to me, explained what happened, and had everything sorted out by the next day. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it fairly and didn’t brush me off. "Decent service, but you can feel the upsell"
I went in for an oil change and, to be fair, they got it done quickly and everyone was polite enough. But reading between the lines, it felt like the main goal was to get me to add on extra filters and services, even after I’d already said no. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish they’d ease up on the pressure a bit.

They did a good job explaining what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense. I did feel a little pressured at times to make a decision quickly, but they still kept me updated and answered my questions without making things too confusing.

"Decent price and no hassle"
I got my oil changed here last week yeah, the price was better than the shop I’d been going to before. They checked a few things, told me what they noticed, but didn’t do that whole pushy upsell thing where suddenly everything is urgent.

It was quick, felt fair for what I paid, and my car’s been running fine since. So, I mean, not much else to say really... I’ll probably just come back here next time

I used speedeeoil.com before heading in because I’m the kind of person who likes to know the damage ahead of time, especially with car stuff. The oil change prices were easy to find, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to click through a bunch of forms or give my info just to get a basic idea.
I ended up paying close to what I expected, which made me trust the place a little more. There was one small fee I wish had been explained more clearly, but overall I thought the pricing was fair and not sneaky.

"Fast oil change, no real hassle"
I stopped in for an oil change and they got me taken care of quickly. I mean, it’s an oil change, so you don’t want to spend half your day sitting around, and thankfully I didn’t. The staff was decent and everything went smoothly. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the waiting area could use a good cleaning, which seems like common sense if people are going to be sitting there

I got my oil change done here, and overall the actual work seems fine. The car is running okay and I haven’t noticed any major problems. That said, there were a couple things that felt like they should’ve been caught without me having to mention them — they left a small oil smudge inside the car and didn’t reset the dash light until I asked. Nothing awful, but for a basic service, you expect the little details to be handled too.

"Straightforward and no pressure"
Really appreciated how honest they were. I asked about a few extras, and they basically said, “You don’t really need that right now,” which I respected. They explained what actually mattered, didn’t try to upsell me, and the whole thing felt fair. I’d definitely trust them again.

"I stopped in for a quick oil..."
I stopped in for a quick oil change, the service itself was totally fine. No big issues there. But while I was sitting in the waiting area, I kept thinking, hmm... this place could definitely use a little cleaning. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in a bit, and the bathroom wasn’t exactly great either. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not the most comfortable spot to hang out while you’re waiting. I’d probably still go back if I needed to, but hopefully they start cleaning the place a little more often
